Stewart Sheargold – Communication

Stewart Sheargold has extensive digital media agency experience accross traffic management, account direction and project management.

Prior to this he has worked in the television industry in a variety of support roles and been instrumental in carrying out traffic duties for Foxtel’s Arena channel, Lifestyle Food channel and presentation, production and on-air duties for the Seven Network.

He has also written six scripts for London company, Big Finish Productions, who have the official licence to produce legitimate Doctor Who audio dramas. These are professionally produced with actors, post-produced to a polished standard, and pressed to compact disc to be sold to the public. He has also written a number of short stories for them, published in compendiums, and a novella. He was commissioned to write the slicks for a number of forthcoming BBC DVD Doctor Who releases.

He has script edited a number of short films and been consultant editor on a series of short story collections. In his spare time he has written two novels and a short story collection, and is currently writing his third.

Scott-Bradley Pearce – Executive Producer

Scott-Bradley Pearce is the Director and owner of One In Ten Productions, a Sydney based digital media consulting business. Currently he has the role of Manager- Digital Video Services for the Playroom.

Scott has the unique role of being involved in high level strategic planning whilst still remaining hands on with the implementation of deployments. Scott’s strategic consultation is always measured against its viability as a deployable solution.

Scott has been working in the digital industry since the launch of both the IBM PC and Apple Macintosh. He was there before the digital big bang, before the beginning of time as we know it: before Netscape. He is a digital media pioneer. Over the past fifteen years he has worked in and co-owned some of Australia’s leading digital agencies, including Big Hand Asia Pacific, Brainwaave Interactive and MediaZoo.

He has trained various companies in technical solutions, and worked as a managing consultant for cultural change in organisations contending with a technology shift.

Scott has worked on some of the country’s leading-edge solutions and is a pioneer in the Australian IP and internet based video industry. He has worked in production of content for digital and broadcast including the definition of strategies to monetise content. He continues to focus on effective management of channel strategies and helps drive customer’s digital and cross media solutions.

Today he works with clients business strategy teams to extend brands, with a specific focus on the development of effective strategies that reflect the best practice for convergence. These include online broadcast, mobile technologies and traditional media broadcast plays. In the past twelve months, whilst at CBS Interactive, he has overseen the development of adikted.tv including the definition of its market offering and its business models. He has successfully developed key content partnerships negotiated content syndication relationships. His breadth of experience enables clients to strengthen their media solutions by developing both short and long term channel strategies, enabling them to realise their goals while achieving a strong return on investment.
